Azerbaijan calls on Armenia not to miss unique opportunity

Azerbaijan expects Armenia to take a constructive position on the issue of normalization and not to miss this unique chance again, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told a joint press conference with his Romanian counterpart Luminica Odobescu in Bucharest on November 6, Report informs.

He said that the complete restoration of Azerbaijan's sovereignty creates new perspectives for the normalization of relations with Armenia. However, the minister also noted that relations should be normalized based on mutual respect, and such normalization not only meets the interests of Azerbaijan and Armenia but also will enable the development of cooperation with other countries in the region and beyond.
