Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Vietnam

Shovgi Kamal oglu Mehdizade has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order in this regard.
