ASELSAN develops new projects in Azerbaijan

ASELSAN is developing new projects in Azerbaijan, Aselsan Chairman, President and CEO Haluk Gorgun said in an interview with the official newspaper, Report informs.

"The tough stance of our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Ilham Aliyev also gives us enthusiasm and courage. ASELSAN strives to make every contribution to our countries in terms of regional security and military cooperation, which is one of the most critical issues in Turkish-Azerbaijani relations.

"The relations we have established by providing the Azerbaijani Army with ASELSAN products in the Karabakh region since the early 1990s in order to further enrich these lands and give our children a bright future continue in many fields. In 1998, thanks to the expansion of our activities in Azerbaijan and the services we provided, we established ASELSAN-Baku, a 100% subsidiary of ASELSAN. Through ASELSAN-Baku, we develop new projects in Azerbaijan and carry out the technical installation of systems delivered under contracts, detection of after-sales faults, and maintenance. We offer the latest technology products such as maritime communication systems, radio communications, satellite communication systems with our tactical, secure, hand, car, rear, and aerial radio solutions," he stressed.
