Regional communications should be opened, Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Kostanyan, told journalists, Report informs.
He said that partners who are interested in peace should also contribute to stability in the South Caucasus.
"Yerevan and Baku will have to converge their positions on a number of issues in order to reach an agreement on the normalization of relations. The issue of delimitation and demarcation is of fundamental importance for the Armenian side. This should be the cornerstone of the upcoming agreement," the minister stressed.
