The signing of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be a historic event for the preservation and establishment of sustainable peace in the region, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said during the talks with his Georgian counterpart Ilia Darchiashvili in Tbilisi, Report informs via Georgian media.
“I stated that if we work intensively for a month, we can conclude this process and sign this important agreement with Azerbaijan. Also, I would like to discuss the importance of the full opening of infrastructure and communications in terms of development and stability in the region. We support the full opening of infrastructure and transport communications between Armenia and Azerbaijan in a constructive way. This is economically beneficial not only for Armenia, but also for other countries of the region,” Mirzoyan highlighted.
