Another Azerbaijani was awarded in Ukraine, Report informs.
Shamkhal Guliyev, from Azerbaijan’s Zagatala district, is actively working on a humanitarian mission in the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He was awarded a medal for merit in the defense of Kyiv and the Kyiv region and a badge for volunteer work.
The Russian-Ukrainian war began on February 24, 2022.
