Turkiye is the only country that continues dialogue with Russia and Ukraine, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said during a meeting with students at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Report informs.
According to him, Turkiye's role in solving the food crisis was observed in the Grain Agreement.
The diplomat said that getting the observer status of Northern Cyprus to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is also an important event.
