The Shusha declaration has promoted the deepening of the Turkish-Azerbaijani relations, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said, according to Report.
The declaration on alliance relations was signed between the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkiye in Shusha on June 15, 2021.
