Ambassador: Russia determined to continue developing relations with Azerbaijan

Russia is determined to continue developing its relations with Azerbaijan, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov told a press conference.

Report quotes the ambassador as saying, 'the signing of a declaration of ally interaction between Russia and Azerbaijan shifts the relations between the countries to a new sustainable level.'

Bocharnikov said both countries are interested in ensuring peace and security in the region.

"In this connection, the cooperation in the 3+3 format is important," he said.
