Ambassador of Azerbaijan presents his credentials to President of Egypt

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Egypt Elkhan Polukhov presented his credentials to President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Report informs, citing the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Egypt.

Polukhov conveyed the greetings of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to the Egyptian head of state and noted that the Egyptian President's visit to Azerbaijan in January of this year opened a new page in the development of relations between the two countries.

The diplomat said that the Azerbaijani side is always ready for the further development of bilateral relations.

The Egyptian President asked to convey his greetings and good wishes to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and said that the Egyptian side is ready to further develop cooperation between the two countries for the sake of the people's welfare.
