Iran condoles and condemns the brutal attack on Azerbaijani civilian population by the Armed Forces of Armenia during the 44-day war, said Iranian Ambassador Seyed Abbas Mousavi, who visited the site of missile attacks in Ganja.
"We were extremely shocked by such a brutal attack by Armenia against the civilian population of Azerbaijan in Ganja," the ambassador said.
He noted that Iran understands Azerbaijan's pain and this is a very painful moment for the Azerbaijani people and for the humanity, in general.
"And today we with ambassadors from various countries have come here to honor the memory of the victims of this brutal attack," the diplomat said.
