Ambassador: EU supports reforms carried out by Azerbaijan

The European Union supports the reforms carried out by Azerbaijan, the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Peter Michalko, Report informs.

"We see the growth of cooperation with Azerbaijan in all areas: economy, energy, agriculture, social development and others. The EU supports the reforms carried out by Azerbaijan. We will continue to support Azerbaijan," the ambassador said.

Mikhalko recalled that the EU is the main trading partner of Azerbaijan.

He noted that the trade turnover between the EU and Azerbaijan doubled last year compared to 2021.
