The agenda for World Environment Day, which Azerbaijan will host jointly with the UN Environment Programme on June 5, 2026, has been announced, Report informs referring to the COP29 page on X.
The 2026 theme will spotlight the vital connection between urbanisation and climate change, reflecting Azerbaijan’s ongoing commitment to strengthening global environmental cooperation and delivering impactful, inclusive climate action.
