Activity areas of Azerbaijan's platform of think tanks revealed

The Azerbaijani think tank platform will become a venue for attracting foreign experts to study threats to the country's foreign policy, Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the Board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations, told journalists at the presentation of the platform and its web portal, Report informs.

He emphasized that seven organizations are the founders of the platform. "Today, eight organizations are participating in our event. We discussed a number of goals. First of all, we talked about supporting the course and foreign policy of the Azerbaijani state. The platform is also designed to promote research by any organization, attract grants and financial resources, distribute and coordinate them. It [the platform] will become a venue for attracting foreign experts to study threats to Azerbaijan's foreign policy. We regularly receive inquiries from abroad related to Azerbaijan. Now we will receive them through a single platform," Shafiyev noted.
