Mohamed Salah is reportedly set to stay at Liverpool, ending his contract stalemate with the Reds, Report informs via GOAL.
Per Foot Mercato, Salah is set to sign a new two-year contract at Liverpool to bring an end to intense speculation over his future. The Egypt international's deal was scheduled to expire in the summer, but he is now set to put pen to paper and extend his stay on Merseyside to over a decade, having arrived from Roma in 2017.
Salah had been linked with a blockbuster free transfer in the summer, with PSG and Saudi Arabian clubs said to have expressed their interest. However, it appears he will instead remain at Anfield, extending a trophy-laden stay. He has already won the Premier League and the Champions League, and with the Reds nine points clear of Arsenal with a game in hand at the top of the table, is about to become a two-time English champion.
