Robert Prosinečki: I can ink new contract this evening

Report informs, head coach of Azerbaijani national football team Robert Prosinečki told the Sport News.

Croatian specialist who returned to Baku to give a report about team matches in the qualifying stage of 2018 Word Cup, said he is not against to continue to work in Azerbaijan. Nevertheless, he said he is not willing to sign a new contract with AFFA: “I like Baku very much, it is an incredible city. The working condition is very high. My children go to international educational school. I am being appreciated in Azerbaijan. We have done a lot of work, no one has the right not to appreciate that. But I am not sure if such appointment will satisfy my ambitions. I would like to test myself with new challenges. For this reason, I have no intention to remain in Azerbaijani national team,” he said.

Three-year contract of Robert Prosinečki with AFFA expires in December.
