Nikola Yurčevic sent to resignation as head coach of Azerbaijani national team

Nikola Yurčevic has been sent to resignation as head coach of Azerbaijan national team, member of AFFA's Executive Committee Vagif Sadiqov told Report.

He noted that fierce discussions unleashed around the report submitted to the Executive Committee by the Croatian expert. It wasYurčevic that Jurcevic can freely negotiate regarding a new job. Sadiqov added that the issue of appointment of a new head coach was not discussed.

Nikola Yurčevic was appointed head coach of the Azerbaijan national team on February 11, 2019.

Moreover, AFFA also said farewell to the head coach of U-17 national team Vugar Mammadov.
