Georgia halts football competitions

The Georgian government decided to suspend the football championship, the local Bureau of Report informs.
The decision is made against the deterioration of the epidemiological situation with the coronavirus in the country.
From August 14, the federation will halt all football competitions held under its flag.
The leagues will resume matches on September 4.
