Football referee dies after being attacked by players and fans in Salvador

Football referee Jose Arnoldo Amaya died after being viciously beaten during a match in Salvador, Report informs.

According to the information, the referee, 63, was attacked by the players and fans after showing a second yellow card to one of the players during an amateur match at the Toluca Stadium in Miramonte.

Despite immediate treatment at a hospital, the referee died as a result of internal bleeding.
