Fenerbahçe says goodbye to Turkish Cup

Başakşehir became the first semifinalist of the 2020/2021 season in the Turkish Cup.
The team coached by Aykut Kocaman beat Fenerbahçe away in the quarterfinals - 2:1. In the main period of the game, the sides differed once each. In the 42nd minute, Junior Fernandes led the visiting team. The hosts were in the minority in the 44th minute due to the dismissal of Mauricio Lemos.
However, Enner Valencia equalized in the 72nd minute. Andreas Gulbrandsen determined the last point in the game in the 6th minute of extra time.
In the semifinal, Başakşehir will face the winner of the pair Konyaspor - Beşiktaş.
