Azerbaijani national team player returns to his club with injury

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani national football team player Rufat Dadashov has returned to the Preußen Münster FC in the German league with injury.

Report informs citing the Bild that the 27-year-old striker was injured in a 6-round match at the UEFA League, in which they lost to Kosovo with a score of 0:4. For this reason, he was replaced by Afran Ismailov at the beginning of the second half of the Kosovo match.

The head coach of the club, Marco Antwerpen, said the injury was not serious and that the experienced forward would be able to play Braunschweig FC.

Notably, Rufat Dadashov failed to score a goal in the last 4 matches of the UEFA Champions League.
