Azerbaijani FCs increase amount allocated for salaries by 26%

Baku. 16 August. REPORT.AZ/ The clubs, playing at the Azerbaijani Premier League have increased the amount allocated for salaries by 26%.

Report informs, next annual report of the AFFA Licensing Group says.

According to the report, in 2016, gross revenues of the clubs rose by 23% in annual comparison. 58% of the club's total revenues accounted for revenues from sponsors last year. This figure made 77% in 2015. Revenues from UEFA increased from 20% to 37%.

The report states that compared to 2015, the clubs' total revenues from sale of tickets sale Premier League matches decreased by 80% in 2016, while 52% for UEFA competitions.
