A new club signs former Neftchi striker Nicolas Canales

Baku. 14 January. REPORT.AZ/ Former Neftchi striker Nicolas Canales, 27, has signed a contract with Deportes Temuco FC which is in Chilean Primera division.

Report informs, the president of the club is legendary striker Marcelo Salas. After the first round, "Deportes Temuko" ranked 12th with 16 points among 16 teams. The term of the agreement with Chilean striker were not disclosed

Notably, N. Canales played in "Neftchi" for the first time since June 2012 till summer of 2013. He scored 26 goals in 31 game. In 2014 August Canales returned to the team. In one-year contract, experienced striker scored 11 goals in 28 games.

Finally, in February 2016, Canales again returned to "Neftchi" , but this time he scored 1 goal in 7 games during 6 months.

After that in Kazakh FC Okzhetpes Canales scored 2 goals in 11 games.
