Zaminbank's assets increased by 60%

Baku. 9 March. REPORT.AZ/ Assets of Zaminbank increased by 59.8% in 2014 and as of January 1 of this year reached 451.9 million manats. During this period, the loan portfolio increased by 21.0% and at the beginning of 2015 amounted to 319.5 million manats.

Report informs referring to the bank, 79.2 million manats of the total loan portfolio accounted for loans up to 12 months, 240 2 million manats - loans for more than 12 months.

During the reporting period, the volume of consumer loans increased by 16.2% to 170.9 million manats.

Car loans for the period decreased by 13.8% to 23.1 million manats.

The share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio is 4.5% or 14.2 million manats, at an annual rate more than 0.8 percentage points.

Over the past year deposit portfolio decreased by 19.7% on January 1, 2015 and totaled 43.4 million manats, of which 42.8 million manats accounts for term deposits, 604 thousand manats - demand deposits.

During the reporting period, the aggregate capital of the bank increased by 12.1% and as of January 1 of the current year amounted to 56.4 million manats, the share capital increased by 13.0% to 52.2 million manats.
