Volume of problem loans increased in NBC Bank

Baku. 29 April. REPORT.AZ/ Assets of NBC Bank increased by 2.77% from the beginning of the year and made up 141.9 mln manats on April 1, 2015.Of these, 3.94% or 5.9 mln manats were cash.

Report informs referring to the bank, the loan portfolio since the beginning of the year grew by 0.14% to 122.3 mln manats.The volume of overdue loans in total loan portfolio amounted to 5.75% or 7.0 mln manats.Thus, since the beginning of the year the volume of overdue loans increased by 15.78%.

The share of problem loans in total loan portfolio grew by 0.78% since the beginning of the year.

According to the report, NBC Bank finished the first quarter with a loss of 586 thousand manats.During this period, the bank's income amounted to 5.0 mln manats, including interest income - 4.5 mln manats, non-interest income - 519 thousand manats, expenses also amounted to 4.9 mln manats, including interest expense - 1.9 mln manats, non-interest expenses - 3.0 mln manats.

As of April 1 this year, the total capital of the bank amounted to 49.6 mln manats, the authorized capital - 46.5 mln manats.
