Two insurance companies in Azerbaijan will merge

Baku. 12 May. REPORT.AZ/ Preliminary agreement of merger reached between 'Buta Insurance' JSC and Gunay Insurance JSC.
Report informs, Board of Directors of 'Buta Insurance' said.
Today, the official newspaper of Buta Insurance JSC announced that the agenda of the next general meeting of shareholders on June 24 includes the company's liquidation.
