Turnover of Baku Stock Exchange doubles

Baku. 14 November. REPORT.AZ/ In January-October, total value of stock transactions on all financial instruments on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) amounted to 9 574,9 mln. AZN.
Report informs referring to the BSE, this is 2.2-fold more than in the same period in 2016.
Stock transactions in annual comparison soared by 71,3% and reached 66 573.
46% or 4 401,01 mln. AZN of BSE turnover account for subsidiary financial instruments. This is 22,2% more than in 2016.
In reporting period, the volume of transactions on government securities totaled 3 800,6 mln AZN (8.4-fold growth), volume of stock market - 667,9 mln. AZN (5.7-fold growth), volume of bond (debt) market - 693,8 mln. AZN (3.05-fold growth), repo transactions – 11.6 mln. AZN (5.6-fold growth).
