State Securities Committee registers issue prospectus of 'Finance Leasing'

Baku. 18 December. REPORT.AZ/ State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered shares of JSC 'Finance Leasing'. 

Report was told in the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

According to the information, the prospectus will be placed by public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange.

State registration number of the issue is AZ2019006579, issue volume 250 thousand dollars, the amount of bonds is 500 units, the nominal value of each bond is 500 dollars, circulation term - 1080 days.

Notably, as an underwriter in the distribution of emissions will perform 'Texnika Kapital Menecment' Ltd. The yield on the bonds is 14% per annum and interest payments every 3 months.

BSE reports that, to purchase bonds should be applied to the organizations that are members of BSE and having a brokerage license.
