SSC approves new rules

Baku. 11 November. REPORT.AZ/ State Securities Committee (SSC) adopted new "Rules on the requirements for external auditors licensed in the securities market entities," and included them in the State Register of Legal Acts.
Report informs referring to the information given by the committee.
These rules (http://scs.gov.az/uploads/pdf/gu8yzq94qe8rqcjp997u.pdf) define the requirements for the external auditors of investment companies, stock exchanges, clearing organizations and depositories of investment funds.
