SOFAZ's investments in gold near $7B

The value of gold bars of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) stood at just under 11.48 billion manats (over $6.752 billion), as of January 1, 2024, Report informs, citing the fund.
According to the fund's financial report, this is 13.6% more than on January 1, 2023.
SOFAZ's investments in gold bars amount to 12% of its total assets.
