SOFAZ increases stock share in its investment portfolio

At the end of the third quarter of this year, the share of bonds and other monetary market instruments in the investment portfolio of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) amounted to 61%, Report informs referring to the fund.
That’s down 1.9 percentage points from the third quarter of 2022, according to the report.
In return, SOFAZ increased the share of stocks in its investment portfolio from 18.7% to 22.2%.
The share of gold in the fund’s investments decreased from 12% to 11%, and the share of real estate went down from 6.4% to 5.8%.
Currently, the fund’s gold reserves amount to 101.8 tons, which is approximately the same as last year.
