SOFAZ increases share of AAA rating instruments in investment portfolio to 63%

At the end of 2021, 62.5% of the investment portfolio of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) over bonds and other money market instruments was rated AAA, which is 7.6 percentage points more than in 2020, Report informs.
During the year, SOFAZ increased the share of AA rating instruments from 13.8% to 14.3%, reduced the share of A rating instruments from from 22.5% to 14.5%, increased the share of BBB rating instruments from 7.4% to 7.8% and cut the share of non-investment grade instruments from 1.4% to 0.9%.
