Nurlan Hajiyev: Visa considers Azerbaijan a strategic market

Visa international payment organization attaches importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan and considers it a strategic market, General Director of Visa Azerbaijan and Regional Manager Nurlan Hajiyev said at the Fintech Summit held in Baku on May 15, Report informs.
"It is gratifying that Azerbaijan is already a leader in the use of certain technologies. Certain projects have been implemented in Azerbaijan," Hajiyev said.
He said that so far Visa has made 212 billion transactions in 260 different currencies.
"Visa is inclined towards operating in new areas and innovations," Hajiyev added.
