Nakhchivan's foreign trade turnover decreases by 12.6%

In January-June 2025, the foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR) amounted to $57.566 million, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee of Nakhchivan.
According to the committee, exported products accounted for $5.814 million or 10.1 percent of the trade turnover.
Meanwhile the autonomous republic spent $51.752 million (89.9 percent of the turnover) on imports.
Compared to the same period of 2024, foreign trade turnover decreased by 12.6 percent. Imports dropped but 15.0 percent, while exports increased by 16.0 percent.
