Monetary base in Azerbaijan up by over 12%

As of December 1, 2024, the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to 20.58 billion manats ($12.1 billion), 0.5% more month-on-month, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
The country's monetary base decreased by 1.4% compared to the beginning of the year while it increased by 12.2% year-on-year.
