Baku. 29 December. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the board of "Gala Insurance" OJSC Viladi Maniyev dismissed. Report informs referring to the company.
According to information, currently chairman of the mission is deputy chairman of 'Gala Insurance' Fuad Allahverdiyev.
Notably, 'Gala Insurance' OJSC based on the company Chartis Azerbaijan, operating since 1999. The authorized capital is 8,05 mln AZN. 100% of the shares owned by 'AzRe Reinsurance' OJSC .
