Liquidation of Amrah Insurance to be discussed

The stakeholders of Amrah Insurance OJSC will hold the next meeting on April 19 in Baku, Report informs.
The agenda of the meeting includes a discussion of the liquidation of the OJSC.
Amrah Insurance was established in 1993 as Deniz Business, rebranded in 2013. Authorized capital is AZN 5.3 million.
