"Kredagro" NBCO changes to limited company

Baku. 9 August. REPORT.AZ/ “Kredagro” CJSC non-bank credit organization changes its legal status to limited company.
Report informs referring to the Ministry of Taxes.
The information reads that in regard to this, some 4,523 (worth 452 300 AZN) items of shares of the non-bank credit organization worth 100 AZN each will be deducted from circulation and liquidated.
Notably, “Kredagro” was established in 2000. The founder of the non-bank credit organization is “ACDI/VOCA” company registered in the United States.
