Kapital Bank to make transfer from PASHA Bank - EXCLUSIVE

Baku. 13 March. REPORT.AZ/ Member of Supervisory Board of PASHA Bank OJSC and Director of Risk Management Department of PASHA Holding, Kamala Nuriyeva will become a Member of Kapital Bank OJSC Supervisory Board.

Report informs, it is expected that the decision will be made at the next general meeting of Kapital Bank shareholders.

Nuriyeva had started working in the banking sector in 1996 at Post Bank, where she worked for the Bank of Baku and Unibank until 2007. She has been the Internal Audit Manager of PASHA Bank in 2007-2011, Director of Risk Management Department during 2011-2012, Member of Audit Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee in 2012-2013, and then appointed to her current position at PASHA Holding.
