Iran bans purchase and sale of US dollar

Baku. 16 April. REPORT.AZ/ The Iranian Central Bank has banned purchase and sale of of foreign currency including US dollars at the exchange offices in the country.
Report informs referring to foreign media, thereon, offices can then only deal with the purchase and sale of gold coins.
Notably, at the moment, US dollar costs 42,000 rials in Iran. In the black market, the American currency is traded at 62,000 rials.
