Investments in funds of developing countries exceed $12 billion in a week

Over the past week, international investors have poured a record $12.7 billion into emerging-country funds, Emerging Portfolio Fund Research (EPFR) said.

Report informs citing Russian media that, according to the information, net inflows of client funds into emerging markets (EM) equity and bond funds reached an all-time high of $12.7 billion against $3.6 billion a week earlier.

Market participants agreed that such a situation would positively affect the economic situation. In addition, a general improvement in the situation may also help reduce inflation in the United States, which will affect expectations for the Fed's key rate.

Analysts believed that in the coming weeks, funds will continue to flow into the fund for developing countries. In addition, the better China manages its economic growth, the greater will be the investment.
