IBA Supervisory Board reformed 

On October 25, 2021, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) OJSC was held, Report informs, citing the Bank.

The composition of the IBA Supervisory Board was reformed at the meeting. Shahmar Movsumov, Emin Huseynov, Khalid Ahadov, Matin Eynullayev, Fakhri Ismayilov were elected as members of the Supervisory Board.

At the general meeting of IBA shareholders, Shahmar Movsumov was reappointed as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

The meeting also considered the appointment of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank. Abbas Ibrahimov has been reappointed as a Chairman of the Management Board.
