Housing prices get cheaper in Istanbul

Baku. 21 December. REPORT.AZ/ Prices of apartments in the famous Caddebostan and Suadiye residential areas in the Asian part of Istanbul have dropped by 25% in the last two years. 

Report informs citing the Haberler, average decrease in rent prices in these districts was 22%.

According to Sahibinden.com property index, as of December 1, the average cost of apartments in Suadiye was 1 316 480 TRY ($ 343,800). Rent price was 3 416 TRY ($ 892).

In Caddebostan, average cost of apartments made $ 1,870,784 TRY ($ 488,500) and rental price was 4,301 TRY ($ 1,123).
