"Gunay Sigorta" OJSC management reshuffles

Baku. 10 April. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of "Gunay Sigorta" OJSC's Management Board, Hasan Badalov was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
Report informs, his post was temporarily entrusted to Eldar Akhundov.
He has also been appointed First Deputy Chairman of Gunay Sigorta.
Notably, “Gunay Sigorta” was founded in 1992. Its authorized capital is 7.7 mln AZN. 71.94% of company’s shares belong to Yegana Mammad Shirinova, 16.61% to “Gunaybank” OJSC, 11.45% to Khanim Nadir Mammadova.
