FinexCredit plans to issue bonds

Baku. 18 December. REPORT.AZ/ he State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan Republic registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry unsecured bonds of Finex Credit NBFC.

According to information, the prospectus will be placed by public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange.

State registration number of the issue - AZ2004019249, volume of issue - 195 thousand USD, the amount of bonds - 390 units nominal value of each bond - 500 USD, circulation period - 1080 days.

Texnika Kapital Menecment Ltd will perform as an underwriter in the distribution of emissions.

The yield on the bonds - 14% per annum and interest payments - every 3 months.

BSE reports that members of BSE can apply to the organization to purchase bonds and those who have a brokerage license.
