Europe considers blocking SWIFT access for seven Russian banks

The European Union is discussing the exclusion of seven Russian banks from the SWIFT messaging system, including VTB Bank PJSC and Bank Rossiya, according to a draft list of the proposal, Report informs, citing Bloomberg.
The other institutions included on the list are Bank Otkritie, Novikombank, Promsvyazbank PJSC, Sovcombank PJSC and VEB.RF.
