Baku. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ The risks for the eurozone economy remain weak. The reason for this is the large-scale acceleration of economic growth in the region. However, the global risk threat continues.

Report informs, Financial Stability Report of the European Central Bank (ECB) states.

The report says that the eurozone economy is developing in next 18 quarters. This is the best indicator for the past 10 years. Leading indicators show that economic growth has spread to other countries.

"The acceleration of economic growth has not led to assets surge in the eurozone. However, correction in global financial markets can damage region's financial stability, report says. ECB has demonstrated low profitability of the banking sector, re-emergence of state debt, liquidity risk among major global risks. The regulator said that "the tightening of risk premiums in global financial markets could lead to sharp correction of assets in the future”.
