Dow Jones and Nasdaq fall to lowest level since 2008

Baku. 24 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Dow Jones Industrial Average and Nasdaq have faced the sharpest decline since 2008 - respectively 6.8% and 8.4%.
Report informs that Standard & Poor’s 500 dropped by 7.1%.
On December 21, the Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped by 1.81% or 414.23 points to 22,445.37, Standard & Poor's 500 – by 2.06% or 50.80 points to 2,416.62 and Nasdaq Composite – by 2.99% or 195.41 points to 6,332.99.
At the same time, on Friday the US stock market has reached the highest level since August 2011.
