Deloitte: Average salary in Azerbaijan will exceed AZN 1,000 in 2024

In 2022 the average monthly salary in Azerbaijan is expected to increase by 0.5% compared to last year and reach 811 manats, Report informs, citing Deloitte.
"From this year, the minimum wage in Azerbaijan has been raised from 250 to 300 manats. This reform is expected to boost the average salary in the coming years. In 2023, Azerbaijan's average monthly salary is expected to increase by 0.2%, and in 2024-2025 by 0.8% to 992 manats, 1,058 manats, and 1,143 manats, respectively," the company said.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan in 2021 was 724 manats (2.9% more than in 2020).
