Competitive procurement in Azerbaijan reached $2.76 billion in 2023

Azerbaijan conducted 7,818 competitive procurements in 2023, totaling approximately 4.69 billion manats (approximately $2.76 billion), as was reflected by the Cabinet of Ministers’ annual activity summary in 2023, Report informs.
The report revealed that the country had 139 open tenders worth over 2.02 billion manats (around $1.2 billion), 4,353 electronic open tenders worth over 1.63 billion manats (roughly $959.1 million), 2,888 requests for quotations worth 59.6 million manats (nearly $35.05 million), and 438 requests for proposals worth 972.6 million manats ($572.1 million) last year.
